Powerhaus coaching has three types of training plans on offer. The first two are bespoke plans, designed specifically for you, your ability and your objectives. These are reviewed weekly or monthly and tend to be developed with a season objective in mind (ie a sportive, race or triathalon).
The third type of plan is an off-the-shelf training plan that can get you ready for an event, for example: Sportive Fit in 12 weeks.
Whether you’re a complete novice or seasoned competitor, a well-structured training plan will ensure that each session is a positive step towards reaching your goals.
If you want to see how structured coaching can help you to achieve your potential, take a look at the plans in detail below and get in touch.

PLAN #1
Bespoke Training Plans designed to get the most of the time available to train. Reviewed weekly by phone or e-mail. Training File review and target event management.
Training Zones can be defined by Power or Heart Rate. Training with power is the ultimate measure for reliable results. However, Powerhaus schedules and turbo sessions can accommodate both power or heart rate.
Most training is done with a season objective in mind such as big race or triathlon. Some athletes will be looking at a season of road racing or time trials. We will work with you to develop a training plan which allows you to either peak for a championship or perhaps a high point in form for a period of the race season.
When considering structured training people wonder when is the best time to start. In the winter or at the beginning of the race season. Powerhaus has achieved great results for athletes whether they start in season or mid-winter.
However, for the best results starting in late September or early October. Training would then be split into three sections. Winter base training, Spring Sharpening and then the Race Season.

PLAN #2
Similar to option 1 but reviewed monthly. Suitable for people with more defined routine in their life.

PLAN #3
Off the shelf training plans to get you ready for an event. Plans of this type include:
- Sportive Fit in 12 weeks
- TT Ready in 12 weeks
- Road Race Ready in 12 weeks
- MTB Enduro Ready in 12 weeks.
